We are excited to announce the newest addition to the LuminaLeap Technologies team – Otumiseng Irvin Motseothata, who joins us as our Communications Officer.
Otumiseng brings a wealth of experience in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Holding a Diploma in Integrated Communication from Tshwane University of Technology, he has honed his skills in content creation, brand management, and digital communication strategies.
His previous roles as a Communication Assistant and Project Coordinator have equipped him with hands-on expertise in social media content creation, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement. Notably, he has successfully led projects, secured sponsorships, and built strong relationships across the government, private sector, and NGOs—contributing significantly to initiatives such as CyberM8 and Cybersecurity Indaba.
At LuminaLeap, Otumiseng will spearhead our communications strategy, ensuring impactful engagement with our audience and stakeholders while strengthening our brand presence. We look forward to the energy, creativity, and strategic insight he brings to our team.
